Expressions 2012- Call for entries

The National Wool Museum is seeking entries for the exhibition Expressions 2012: The Wool Quilt Prize.
To paraphrase the public programs officer at the National Wool Museum: The exhibition runs biennially and has grown in popularity since its inception in 2000. It demonstrates the breadth of innovation and creative possibilities afforded by the use of wool in art quilt making.

Copies of the entry form and information sheet can be obtained from the website: www.nwm.vic.gov.au
Deadline for submissions is 28 September 2012. The exhibition will run from 17 December 2012 until 10 February 2013 at the National Wool Museum in Geelong, Victoria.

Opportunity to be published

Glenys Mann of Fibrearts Australia is planning to publish a date-less diary. One page would contain an image of your work and a week of undated days on the opposite page. She is looking for submissions of images to be included. Please go to this link to get all the details http://fibrearts.jigsy.com/date-less-diary-project
I participated in the Artist Notebook Project that Glenys organised last year, for completion earlier this year. These are now touring to various sites around the country. It was a lot of fun - filling a 120 page A5 visual diary really get your mind humming.
