The NSW Quilters Guild co-sponsors an art quilt exhibition every two years, in conjunction with the Manly Art Museum and Gallery. Until now it has been called "The New Quilt", but for 2012 they are taking a new direction. They are choosing to have a curated, themed exhibition with specific, visual selection criteria as the basis of being accepted into the exhibition. The theme is 'Regeneration' .
Details and entry form are on the Guild website at http://www.quiltersguildnsw.com/ctq.html
Entries are due 25 July 2011, for an exhibition 27 April-4 June 2012.

meeting today 14 May
Hi, all
Meeting today ... we'll have fun playing with chocolate wrappers and foils ... it might be love at first sight, or we may never want to use them again, but how will we know unless we have a go?
See you at 10am for mini-workshop, and meeting will begin at 1pm ... don't forget your lunch too : )
